From the top:

Pearl head pin
A ribbon in a color of your choice.
A colored bead (pink, blue or topaz)
A beveled diamond circle
A gold cross with the Virgin Mary on front and on the back the Greek "ΑΓΙΟΝ ΟΡΟΣ" (translates "Mount Athos")
A smaller colored crystal
A stopper

Color choice applies to the beads. A 3/8" width ribbon is used if one line of text is entered per side. A 5/8" width ribbon is used if 2 or more lines of text is entered per side.
