Was Daenerys Always Evil?

While it was often depicted that the Night King was the epitome of evil or Cersei Lannister was the one to stop, it turns out that Daenerys was the most evil of them all and she was always destined to die in her pursuit of power.

She actually had potential to be a lot more cruel than she was in many situations but never did because she isn't evil and she does not enjoy suffering. The showrunners posthumously painting Daenerys as having been inherently villainous all along simply doesn't work.

Why did Dany turn evil?

She was jealous, alone, unloved, and paranoid. She snapped. A Daenerys heel turn from hero to villain was always going to hurt no matter what, and it makes for bad, gendered optics when coupled with Cersei's terrible leadership and Sansa's austere suspicion of Daenerys's (and her paranoia in return).
