Tekia Smith took sibling rivalry to the next level when she stabbed a woman whom she told police was “intervening” with her relationship with her twin sister, according to a West Palm Beach police arrest report.
Smith, 19, called police around 1 p.m. Friday to surrender after she told cops she stabbed a woman over “jealousy” issues, according to the report. She told police she was not getting enough attention from her twin sister.

During an argument in her West Palm Beach home, she grabbed a knife from the kitchen table and stabbed the woman twice, according to the report. She told police before she grabbed the knife, the victim went for it first and Smith was able to take it away.
The victim was stabbed once in the shoulder and once in the back of her head. She was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital for treatment.
Smith is charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. She is being held in the Palm Beach County Jail on $3,000 bail.
