1. Log into Epic.
2. Click the Locate or Accounts button, or press F2 key.
3. Select Locate account: Client (All 4 boxes should be checked: Insureds, Prospects, Active, Inactive)
4. Select locate by: Account/Business Name.
5. Account/Business name contains: Enter most unique part of the name.
