What Happens in Unsane?

Sawyer steals Violet's shiv and stabs David so that she can get out, but David kills Violet in front of Sawyer. He gets out and knocks her out before taking her to the woods. Sawyer finally finishes David by stabbing him in the eye and then slashing his throat.
