In musical notation, a natural sign (♮) is an accidental sign used to cancel a flat or sharp from either a preceding note or the key signature.
What does it mean when there is a natural and sharp on same note?
It means that the note was probably double sharped and the natural with the sharp is meant to cancel one of the sharps.

What's the difference between sharp and natural?
A natural is basically any note that would be a white key on the piano. A sharp increases the pitch of any note by one half step. So an F natural increased by a half-step is an F sharp. A flat decreases the pitch of any note by one half step.
