What Is a Pardot Email

Pardot email templates are reusable email designs that you can base new emails on. After you design and build a template, you can personalize an email for each recipient. You can also modify a template and limit what kind of changes your users can make.

How do you email using Pardot?

To send your email, click the Sending tab. Here, select the lists you want to send to, choose a sender, enter the email subject, and add completion actions. Choose whether to send the email immediately or schedule for a later time.

Is Pardot similar to MailChimp?

In short, MailChimp is audience-focused, where individuals (‘subscribers’) are created belonging to a specific audience; whereas Pardot is individual-focused (‘prospects’), where individuals can exist in multiple lists. You can layer up to 5 criteria for a segment.
