Do you use a Sulcabrush before or after brushing?

To use a Sulcabrush you first take the outside edge and place it firmly on the gum line. Continue to follow the gum line, adding a circular motion between the teeth. The brush should be discarded after 2 weeks and replaced with a new Sulcabrush.

Can gums grow back?
