What Is Gibbs First Rule

Gibbs’ Rule #1: Never let suspects sit together. First mentioned in “Yankee White” (Episode 1, Season 1).

Whats Gibbs Rule 91?

The rule is simple: “When you walk away, don’t look back.” This explains why Gibbs named his boat Rule 91 – because he was planning on walking (well, technically sailing) away from the NCIS team after his suspension following his treatment of a suspect who was mistreating dogs.

Is Gibbs done on NCIS?

Gibbs has left the bullpen. The tight-lipped, steely-eyed NCIS boss man, played by Mark Harmon since 2003, retired in the October 11 episode and was last seen happily fly-fishing in Alaska. Although indefinitely suspended, he’d just gone very rogue in helping take down a mining company CEO.
