What Is Granite Dust

Granite dust, as we call it is also known as M-10 or Manufactured Sand. Granite dust is most often used in the installation of paver stones and dry set patios due to the fine nature of this aggregate. Granite dust is highly-compactible and makes a great leveling base for patios and walkways.

What do you use granite dust for?

Grano Dust is gritty aggregate typically manufactured from either limestone or granite. Widely used in construction and building it is a flexible material. Suitable for paving and under artificial grass.

Is stone dust better than sand?

From the experimental study, it is concluded that the quarry dust can be used as a replacement for fine aggregate. It is found that 40% replacement of sand by quarry dust gives maximum result in strength compared to normal concrete and then decreases from 50%.
