What Is Stop Squeal

As part of the BG Stop Squeal® Service, BG Stop Squeal® is a safe and effective product for eliminating or preventing brake noise by infusing the brake pad with ingredients that reduce sticking between the pad and rotor. When pressure is applied, the vibrations are significantly reduced, thus brake noise is stopped.

Does brake cleaner stop squealing?

Clean the bolts with brake cleaner and then wipe down with WD-40 squirted into a rag. Lubricating and cleaning the brake assembly parts is one way to get rid of squealing from a perfect pair of brake pads and rotors.

How do I use CRC de squeak?

Spray a light, even coat of De-Squeak® on all friction surfaces. If using on disc brakes, make sure De-Squeak® is applied to both sides of rotors. After reassembling the brake assembly, drive the vehicle at slow speed and apply the brakes 5 to 8 times.
