What Lane Does Thresh Play?

Thresh is a lane dominant Support. This means he can often win lane and win the game just by getting kills. Q in the mid-game could snowball into a huge advantage.

Does Thresh play mid?

You can poke him, but his sustain will make it difficult to poke him out of lane completely. Mid game he really just does too much damage for you to try and kill him so I recommend you don't try and fight him mid game. He doesn't scale well into late game though so you can definitely try and kill him late game.

What is Thresh good at?

He counters most of the prominent heavy engage supports that are prominent in the current meta (especially Rell), and his ability to find early skirmishes is near unrivaled by any champion in the role. Two, Thresh enables immobile ADCs to dominate matches.
