What's Boarding for Dogs?

What Is Pet Boarding? Pet boarding is when your dog stays at a boarding facility with other dogs. These places provide your dog with a kennel or sleeping area to stay in and have staff available for walks. Some facilities also offer playtime, so your dog won't be cooped up in a kennel.

What is the difference between dog sitting and boarding?

To those who do not know, pet sitting is when a pet sitter goes to someone's house in order to take care of their pet- just like babysitting. On the other hand, pet boarding is sending your pet to someone's property/facility for them to watch over your pet.

Is Boarding good for dogs?

When dogs are not rested, just like kids the day after a slumber party, they can become grumpy and clumsy leading to injuries so having a contained, safe space for your dog to rest while boarding is essential. The more familiar the place you choose to board your dog, the less stressful it will be.
