What is spiritual distraction?
There is nothing that says we cannot provide ourselves a little break from reality by being entertained, but when that entertainment gets in the way of our faith, it becomes a spiritual distraction.

- Ourselves. Isn't it ironical that we want God but we ourselves distract us from him? We're humans. ...
- Work. Work is worship. ...
- Technology. Haven't you seen people glued to their mobile phones all the time? ...
- Media. When done with work, we want entertainment. ...
- Love and Lust. Love and lust are very powerful emotions.
