What is a third party check? 3

A third party check is a check given to another person (who writes a two-part check) and then the other party checks for the third party. The third party then collects or cashes the check.

For example, let's say you get a check from John for a used lawn mower. As the check is being mailed to me, I will sign the back of the check. This brings me to part two. I had a check in my wallet, which went to the flea market and bought him a motorcycle. I'll give Joe a bicycle check. He gave Joe a third of the check. Joe also needs to verify the back of the check under my verification. Joe then took a check from his bank and deposited it in his account.

This is third party control.

Most companies do not cash a third party check unless they know the third party, as there is a risk that the bank will not cash it.

Third party verification

This is basically a cash check. The payer is the bank, the second is the issuer of the check, and the third is the recipient who confirms the check. Or a double-authentication check cashed by a third-party verifier. Or money market associations are dealt with through checks and commercial banks that offer third party services.
