What's the Difference Between Mwh and Mah?

The use of mWh instead of mAh is just marketing BS so they can put a larger number on the battery. Most people are used to seeing mAh ratings to they see the "2800" and go "wow, look at the capacity". The way they get the mWh rating is by multiplying the 3.7V nominal lithium cell voltage by it's actual mAh rating.

Formula is (Wh)*1000/(V) =(mAh). For example, if you have a 1.5Wh battery rated at 5V, the power is 1.5Wh * 1000 / 5V = 300mAh.

How many mAh is 44400 mWh?

UPDATE: I ended up returning it because 44,400 mWh translates to a mere ~12,000 mAh.
