Nope. All we know is that the angry punch he used to send General White flying out of Muscle Tower was more powerful than a punch Goku could dish out by his own admission. All we know is that when 8er became angry his punch was stronger than Goku’s at the time.
Why didn’t Goku go Super Saiyan when Android 8 dies?
