When can I sew on senior airman?

Senior Airman (E-4) – 36 months TIS with 20 months TIG, or 28 months TIG, whichever occurs first.

How do you make SrA?

A Senior Airman is most often promoted from Airman First Class (A1C), although promotion from lower paygrades may occur with sufficient display of leadership and experience. An airman first class is typically promoted to senior airmen after 36 months in the Air Force and 20 months in grade.
