When Great Pyrenees Attack?

Most killings take place at night or very early in the morning when the coast is usually clear for the perpitrator. The Great Pyrenees can be on duty twenty four hours a day and will remain alert to the possibility of attack. It is often merely their presence and resounding bark that will deter any attack.

Why is my Great Pyrenees so aggressive?

If a new dog, even one of the same breed, is introduced into the household, the Great Pyrenees may become protective over his territory and his flock. If the aggression is between two dogs who have been living together already, sexual maturity may be a contributing factor, especially between male dogs.

Will Great Pyrenees attack?

Though they're slow to attack, preferring to scare things off with their intimidating size and loud bark, you can rely on your Pyrenees to protect you and your family if the need arises.
