The nuchal fold thickness is considered normal if under 5mm between 16 and 18 weeks gestation and under 6mm between 18 and 24 weeks gestation. An increased thickness corresponds to increased risk for aneuploidy and other fetal abnormalities.

Does EFT determine gender?

NIPT (Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing)

The test can be taken as early as 9 weeks to look for the possible presence of Down syndrome or another chromosome condition (trisomy 13, 18, X, Y and triploidy). It will also tell you the sex of the baby if you wish.
