When Philadelphia Green Phase?

Philadelphia entered a modified, restricted green phase of reopening on Friday, July 3, 2020. Not all activities can restart right away. Philadelphia will still restrict some activities that are allowed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and we'll have stricter guidance for some of the newly reopened activities.

When can counties in Pennsylvania enter the Green Phase?

After a county transitions to the yellow phase, we will closely monitor for increased risk, such as significant outbreaks. If overall risk remains mitigated for fourteen days, we will transition the county to the green phase.

What does the green phase mean?

The green phase eases most restrictions by lifting the stay-at-home and business closure orders to allow the economy to strategically reopen while continuing to prioritize public health.
