Hallucinations. It is not unusual for a person who is dying to experience some hallucinations or distorted visions. Although this may seem concerning, a person caring for a dying loved one should not be alarmed.
When a person is dying what do they see?
Eyes tear or glaze over. Pulse and heartbeat are irregular or hard to feel or hear. Body temperature drops. Skin on their knees, feet, and hands turns a mottled bluish-purple (often in the last 24 hours)
When dying do you see things?
Hallucinations - Dying persons may hear voices that you cannot hear, see things that you cannot see, or feel things that you are unable to touch or feel. Delusions of persecution and delusions of grandeur - Some dying persons confuse reality and might think that others are trying to hurt them or cause them harm.
