When Time Go Back?

Daylight saving time, also known as daylight savings time or daylight time, and summer time, is the practice of advancing clocks during warmer months so that darkness falls at a later clock time.

Does time go back an hour?

While Wednesday marks the first day of fall and the days are getting shorter, we're still nearly seven weeks from the end of Daylight Saving Time — when clocks get turned back one hour. Daylight Saving Time ends at 2 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 7, 2021, when the clock will “fall back” one hour.

What month do the time go back up?

Today, most Americans spring forward (turn clocks ahead and lose an hour) on the second Sunday in March (at 2:00 A.M.) and fall back (turn clocks back and gain an hour) on the first Sunday in November (at 2:00 A.M.).
