Will Dawnshard be printed?

There will be a print version of Dawnshard coming to Kickstarter backers, but that won't be until early next year. There will also be an audio version, but according to Brandon that is not coming "for a year at least."

Is Dawnshard available in paperback?

It's no longer available. They will eventually sell the rights to the book to a publisher, but it will be a while, probably middle to late 2021. They are planning to put the e-book on different platforms in early November once they've fulfilled all the kickstarter orders.
