Is BotW at the end of all timelines?

Short answer? It doesn’t. It has been confirmed that BotW is at the end of a branch where there has been many battles with Ganon and the OoT sages were awakened. Only one branch fits both conditions(hint: It’s neither the Child Timeline or Adult Timeline).

Is BotW in the child timeline?

No. BotW is set in a timeline where Ganon has been defeated time and time again, becoming less a man and more a mindless, raging beast.
