The Ruins of Bthalft are a small collection of Dwemer open-air ruins that are located in the Rift's southwestern wilds, just southeast of Ivarstead. A small group of bandits has made this their home and can be easily put down.
Beside above, can you get all 3 Aetherial items? You can only choose one due to balance issues. They're all powerful items and having all three at once would make a character way too over powered. The only "overpowered" item is the crown.
