Can you get Dream Eater in fire red?
Return After Obtaining Cut
Go back to Viridian City, which is located to the south of this area. There are two small bushes in this city that can be cut down with the help of HM 01 - Cut. Once you cut down the bush in the southwest, you'll get your hands on TM 42 - Dream Eater.
Is there a move tutor in Pokemon Fire Red?
FireRed and LeafGreen bring back an old method of teaching your Pokémon moves - the Move Tutor. These are special individuals on the overworld who will allow certain Pokémon to learn certain moves otherwise unobtainable in their level-up or TM movesets - only once, though, so think hard about who learns what.
