Are Kimber guns worth the money?
Exactly and it's a real value IMO. The kimber custom II is one of the best values in the market. I personally wouldn't buy one of the really expensive kimber models because I would rather save a bit more and buy a wilson, etc. However, the base custom models are fantastic and worth every penny.
Does Kimber make good handguns?
Thing about the Kimber 1911 line is that Kimber pistols tend to have a serious dollop of class in their appearance. They clean up pretty darn good. The basic Two Tone line is a very handsome lineup of pistols indeed, and that continues all the way through to their custom shop guns.
