Darris Love hit his girlfriend’s head on Christmas.
Before being taken into custody actor Darris from The Secret World of Alex Mack, now 42, allegedly punched his fiancee in the back of the head. On Christmas Eve, just before noon, police were called to Darris’ Los Angeles home, according to TMZ.

Darris’ girlfriend told the police that she had stopped by the residence to pick up a few things when a heated argument erupted. She said that the actor struck her on the back of the head, though no other details of the altercation have been confirmed. According to accounts, she was unharmed and left with no glaring marks.
Online records indicate that Love was detained by police at noon PT and was eventually booked at 2:26 PT. He was released on bond at 10:05 p.m. PT after bail was set at $20,000. Love frequently updated his social media accounts after being freed on Saturday, but he avoided addressing his legal troubles and instead wished his followers “HAPPY HOLY DAYS KINGS & QUEENS.”

Darris is well known for playing Raymond “Ray” Alvarado, Alex Mack’s best friend, in the Nickelodeon sitcom The Secret Life of Alex Mack. In 77 of the 78 episodes of the kid’s show that ran from 1994 to 1998 on the animated kid’s network, Darris made an appearance.
