The multi-talented personality Zach Lowe is an American sportswriter, journalist, and podcaster. He is the senior writer for ESPN covering the NBA and also runs a podcast, The Lowe Post.
Lowe is 44 years of age now. He was born Zachariah Ulysses Lowe in 1972 in New York City, New York Likewise, he celebrates his birthday on 24 August every year.
Zach is one of the two children of parents Terry Lowe and Joan Lowe. His father Terry Lowe served as a mathematics teacher and a swimming coach at the Greenwich High School.
The journalist grew up with a younger sister named Sarah Lowe. Sarah serves as a clinical psychologist and Assistant Professor in the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Yale School of Public Health.

Zach attended Greenwich High School in in Greenwich, Connecticut. He graduated with a BA in History from Dartmouth College in 1999. Afterward, he earned his MA in U.S. History from the College of William & Mary and MS in Journalism from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
Earlier, Zach worked as a crime, government, and courts reporter for the local Stamford Advocate newspaper for four years until 2008. Afterward, he joined The American Lawyer magazine and began covering the legal industry. He also wrote part-time for the fan-blog CelticsHub.Com.
In 2010 Lowe joined Sports Illustrated and started covering the NBA full-time. There, he run the “Point Forward” NBA column-blog.
