Florida company acquires Oconto-based Cruisers Yachts for $63 million. OCONTO – A Florida company on Monday announced its acquisition of Oconto-based Cruisers Yachts for $63 million. The purchase comes shortly after Cruisers Yachts, or KCS International, bought Pulaski-based Marquis Yachts' plant on April 26.
