Annexure K is an EPF document issued to the EPF members whenever they transfer their PF amount from exempted to the unexempted establishment (or) unexempted to the exempted establishment. Annexure K consists of the previous establishment's PF account details such as PF member ID, UAN number, and PF amount details.
How can I get Annexure K from PF?
The Annexure-K files uploaded by the Exempted Establishments/ Trusts would be available to field offices under RO/SRO Admin (OTCP) log-in. Please click on DOWNLOAD REQUESTED ANX-K FILES under tab REQUEST ANX-K.
Is it mandatory to opt for PF?
If you are an employer with an organization that employs 20 people or more, it is mandatory for you to register under the EPF scheme. If your organization employs less than 20 people, you can still opt to register under the scheme.
