Why Did Cell Want to Destroy Earth

What was Cell goal?

Cell is an evil artificial life form created using cell samples from several major characters in the series. He travels back in time so he can become the perfect being. In order to reach this goal, he must absorb Androids 17 and 18.

What would have happened if cell Won?

He would absorb all the people on earth then move from planet to planet slaughtering it’s inhabitants and gaining their power. Cell would absorb enough to beat Beerus then absorb him too.
