Why Do the Pykes Look Different in Solo

Are the Pykes in Solo?

The Pykes’ first live-action appearance was in the 2018 feature film Solo: A Star Wars Story through a sickly and misshapen representative named Quay Tolsite, and they had parts to play again in 2021’s Star Wars: The Bad Batch and 2022’s The Book of Boba Fett.

What happened to the Pykes?

The Pykes struggled to maintain a relationship with the Black Sun, even when they both joined Maul’s Shadow Collective. They subsequently abandoned the Shadow Collective when it became more costly than profitable for them and when they were under attack.
