Why Is Cortana Purple?

Bungie said Cortana was purple when she was young, they show her as purple in Halo Reach and Halo CE. Then 343 made Halo CE anniversary

Why is Cortana purple again in Halo Infinite?

The purples Cortana look is more than likely just a way to distinguish Cortana from “The Weapon”. Having two blue female AI's can easily get confusing, bringing Cortana back to purple allows her to be visually different and appeal to the her legacy look.
