1. Open photo in google photos.
2. Tap 3 dots in top right.
3. Tap “Use as”
4. Tap Photos app.
5. Position wallpaper as desired in Preview.
6. Tap “Set Wallpaper”
7. Tap “Home screen and lock screen”

How do I turn off dynamic wallpaper?

1. Open Settings and select Wallpaper.
2. Select Wallpaper services.
3. Select None, and then tap the switch next to Swipe left for info page to disable. The Dynamic Lock screen picture will no longer appear when you swipe the lock screen.
