Why Is Scraggy So Good?

Scraggy is pretty good it's got good defenses (higher than all your team mates in their current stages) and attack. It only has 2 weaknesses as well (fighting and flying) The only problem is it's low speed but you can make use of payback with that problem.

What is so special about scraggy?

The Hoodlum Pokemon has a dual typing of dark and fighting. This is a unique typing in Pokemon Go, at least among the species that are currently released. This gives it double resistance against dark types and normal resistance against ghost, psychic, and rock. On the flip side, fighting and flying will do 160% damage.

Is scraggy a rare Pokemon?

Scraggy is very rare to some players, and had only been available through two methods: GO Battle League encounters, and a one-off Incense Day event. This makes this Fighting/Dark-type, which fares very well in the PVP corner of Pokémon GO, a new Pokédex entry for many players.
