I live in AZ and WIC now has a contract with Similac Advance. Tried enfamil but they won't let me in unless I want to buy it out of pocket. But something like that works just fine.

I don't know, it depends, in California they give enfamil. But if your baby needs special milk, the doctor can register it and the WIC will provide it.
