Get a can of the yellow easy off oven cleaner (black colored can wont work well). Spray it on your part and let it sit for a little while then wash the part off with water. 2-3 applications may be required. Works best on warm days.
What can I use to strip powder coating?
You can remove powder coating with a chemical stripper, media blasting, or a burn-off oven. By far the easiest way to strip powder coat is chemically, and Benco B17 is by far the best powder coat stripper. B17 will remove most powder coatings in less than 20 minutes.
