A man’s $30 fling with a prostitute ended before it began on Thursday, according to a West Palm Beach Police arrest report.
An officer in an unmarked car on prostitution surveillance said he spotted Candace Henry, 29, no fixed address, staring at cars and waving at drivers around 8:40 a.m.

He watched as Henry then stepped into a vehicle driven by Lemond Presumar, according to the report.
Officers followed the car to Riviera Beach. When they stopped the car, police said Presumar told them he agreed to have sex with Henry for $30, according to the report. Authorities said Henry refused to cooperate.
Presumar faces a charge of soliciting a prostitute and was later released. Henry faces a second offense prostitution charge and was booked into Palm Beach County Jail and is being held in lieu of $6,000 bail.
