The first Zaxby’s restaurant in Palm Beach County will open Monday and offer the first 100 people in line a free meal every week for a year.
Zaxby’s new location will be at 5613 Okeechobee Blvd. in West Palm Beach.

Zaxby’s menu offers chicken fingers, wings and sandwiches. Spicy fried mushrooms, fried white cheddar bites and salads are also options.
The restaurant chain has more than 640 restaurants in 15 states, including Florida, Alabama and Georgia.
The West Palm Beach eatery will employ about 40 people. It’s run by licensee Jerome Byrd, who plans to open six more Zaxby’s in the county over the next five years.
