Can I Use the Zumba Logo

Only Zumba and its authorized partners can use the ZUMBA® Trademarks on merchandise like CD’s, DVD’s, fitness equipment, footwear, clothing and accessories and other products. So, never use the ZUMBA® Trademarks on merchandise (e.g., Don’t make shirts and put the ZUMBA® Trademarks on the shirt).

Can I use the name Zumba?

Nope. Zumba is a trademarked brand that instructors pay to use to bring name recognition to their classes. A dance fitness class is perfectly legal and doesn’t infringe on the Zumba brand.

The brightest spot of the Zumba logo is the neon yellow circle housing a stylized human figure. The figure is performing a spectacular dance move. The way the person is depicted is highly abstract – just a couple of strokes and the head.
