How much water do you add to Quikrete?

Just don’t use salt water. Salt will weaken your concrete. The correct ratio of water to Quikrete mix is 3 quarts of water for each 80 pound bag. Pro Tip: Measure out your water the first time and then pour it into a 5 gallon bucket.
